2014 - CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Aromas reminiscent of fleshy Pauillac with deep black fruit and gunmetal nuances. Powerful but still elegant.Â
2015 - CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Layer upon layer open as the wine aerates. Tobacco and ripe berry jam aromas blend beautifully with a subtle vanilla-smoky oak background.
2016 - CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Wonderful mix of aromatics which represent the nuances of each varietal; herbal and peppery, raspberry, hint of mint and subtle violet.
2017 - CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Flavors, like aromas, are explosive. Deep berry, some toasty oak, ample extract and perfect balance makes this one very exciting to drink.
2018 - CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Up front the Forman identity of spice, cedar and violet perfume is so evident. Mouth filling flavors create a very pleasing, exciting, and powerful impression.
2019 - CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Deep black berry and tobacco seem to mesh with an almost mint-violet complex. A beautiful toasty oak brings all together.
2019 - CHARDONNAY
Deep notes of pear, green apple and a touch of citrus emerge. Aromatics are fresh, stony and a touch reserved.
2022 - CHARDONNAY
Bright green apple-like fruit with sensational minerality. Delicious creamy flavors bode well for further development in bottle.
